class 1
PREGNANCY
Learn how your body changes in the final weeks, how to care for your emotional wellbeing, and what to eat for a healthy pregnancy. Understand the difference between real labour and Braxton Hicks, spot warning signs, and prevent common discomforts – so you feel more confident as your due date approaches.

Class 2
BIRTH: NVD & C/S
Understand what happens during birth, how labour unfolds, and the pain relief options available — both natural and medical. We’ll look at induction methods, delivery positions, and how to push effectively. You’ll also find out what to expect with a caesarean section and how to make a smooth recovery.

Class 3
BIRTH BALANCE & POSITIONS
Explore how movement, breath, positioning, and environment can help labour progress smoothly. Learn tools to support both vaginal and C-section births, including perineal massage and comfort techniques.

Class 4
BREAST & BOTTLE FEEDING
Gain confidence in feeding your baby with practical guidance on breastfeeding, pumping, bottle feeding, latching, milk supply, red flags to look out for, and milk storage.

Class 5
NEWBORN CARE
Learn what to expect after delivery. Discover what’s normal for your baby, how to care for the cord, handle bath time, nappies, safe sleep, and understand colic, reflux and more.

Class 6
RECOVERY IN 4th TRIMESTER
Learn how to support your body and mind after birth with gentle movement, scar care, pelvic floor healing, breathing, nutrition, and self-kindness in those early postpartum weeks.

Together with Flourish Physio, we offer six classes over three to four weeks, two evenings a week from 6:00 to 7:15 pm.
