PREGNANCY

Learn how your body changes in the final weeks, how to care for your emotional wellbeing, and what to eat for a healthy pregnancy. Understand the difference between real labour and Braxton Hicks, spot warning signs, and prevent common discomforts.

Class 2

BIRTH: NVD & C/S

Understand what happens during labour and birth so you feel calm and prepared. We’ll cover natural and medical pain relief options, common interventions, when to go to hospital, and what to expect from both vaginal and caesarean births.

Class 3

BIRTH BALANCE & POSITIONS

Explore how movement, breath, positioning, and environment can help labour progress smoothly. Learn tools to support both vaginal and C-section births, including perineal massage and comfort techniques.

BREAST & BOTTLE FEEDING

Gain confidence in feeding your baby with practical guidance on breastfeeding, pumping, bottle feeding, latching, milk supply, red flags to look out for, and milk storage.

NEWBORN CARE

Learn what to expect after delivery. Discover what’s normal for your baby, how to care for the cord, handle bath time, nappies, safe sleep, and understand colic, reflux and more.

Class 6

RECOVERY IN 4th TRIMESTER

Learn how to support your body and mind after birth with gentle movement, scar care, pelvic floor healing, breathing, nutrition, and self-kindness in those early postpartum weeks.
