For sure. Many moms come on their own and still find the classes super valuable.
You’re welcome to request a booking via our website contact form or simply send us an email. Once we’ve confirmed availability, we’ll ask for a 50% deposit to secure your spot. The balance can be paid at the end of the course, either in cash or by EFT, whichever works best for you.
There are 6 classes in total, held twice a week. Each session lasts and hour and 15min. Joining all six will give you the best preparation and support.
We’ll provide you with printed handouts, all you need to bring is your partner, friend, or a family member for support (if you’d like), a pen for notes, some water, and comfy clothes. That’s it!
Classes are held in the training room at the Swakopmunder Clinic in town.

Private or catch-up sessions can be arranged if needed. However, group classes are encouraged, as they offer great interaction and support.
